I ordered a discounted tail and added a pro fin, but only received the discounted tail. I let them know of the error and they basically ignored me. I wrote, I called, twice. I KNOW what I ordered, and I was nice about it but they got mean and dismissive. I was told that I had not ordered the pro fin. I broke it down for them -the exact cost that the discounted tail was, and how it ended up 52 dollars when you add the fin- they have the recipt (invoice), but because I don't have a screen shot of the order with the pro fin added, they told me I was lying. Too bad because I was going to get more as gifts and one for my son, but now I will go elsewhere and will not be recommending this company, I will have to get another pro fin, but I'll do it on Amazon and/or through another company if I can.
