The fins have provide a lot of joy
This swim fin is rigid yet flexible. Easy to put on and off, yet stays in place remarkably well. My daughter was able to get the hang of use almost immediately and swam for hours with this thing!

I personallly hate swimming in this monofin. The neoprene fabric does nothing to hold the feet in one place, and it feels flimsy in the water. Turning over in the water and doing tricks is so hard with my feet shifting all over the place. The advanced monofin has is a stronger, stiffer insert and has separation between the feet. Still not my favorite monofin, but it's a significantly better experience from this monofin. It might be fine for kids, but as an adult and a dancer with strong feet, ankles, and legs, swimming with this monofin is like trying to dance in dead pointe shoes. The monofin can't withstand the amount of power I put into it. Take my advice and spend the extra 20 bucks on the advanced monofin instead of this one.
