The product itself is fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. I paid for 2-day shipping so it would arrive in time for my daughter’s birthday, but it took 6 days to ship—not including delivery time—so we missed the birthday window entirely. When I contacted Fin Fun, they blamed a third-party shipper and refused to refund the expedited shipping. I understand delays can happen, but ultimately, the company is responsible for the customer experience. Their delayed and unhelpful response left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better service, especially for a kids’ product marketed around special occasions.
This is the second tail we have ordered- we bought the same one, just one size up after years of use. My daughter loves the colors, the sparkles, and the durability! It is truly "fin fun!" She has spent hours in the pool pretending to be a mermaid!
package came faster than expected, and it wasn't even a domestic delivery! the colours on this tail are very vibrant, was not disappointed. i would highly recommend sizing down, my waist is 29" and i got the 14 XS, and it fits me perfectly. can't wait to swim in it
