There was a hole in my tail and they blame me

I expected a color or pattern fault from the second grade tail like they suggest on the web page but next to the zipper there was a hole big enough for pinkie finger. I know a lot of tails and next to zipper is the worst place to try and fix a hole. Fin Fun blamed me that I somehow tore a hole that is in the middle of fabric and as owner of more than 15 tails of which 2 are Fin FunElite tails, I never had any holes in any of them because I am careful. So thank you for the discount but I expect the product still to be in usable condition or just be honest that it may contain holes. And thank you for not believing your client. Awesome customer "care"
