This is my second time buying from this company, first purchase lasted 9 years.
I was so excited to receive my amazing pink tail. But when I saw the tips of the tail and how wide it looked around the area I knew I had to return it. I’ve never seen such bad quality in a tail! Which in the photo you can see it looks Ok. But it doesn’t look anything like the reference picture. And I’ve bought multiple tales from FinFun which I love. So I’m not necessarily getting mad at the company. But this cannot happen again. I did buy it during the Labor Day sale, so maybe that was it because of the sale. I am willing to give FinFun one more chance. I’m really disappointed!! Thanks for calling me an emotional breakdown!!!!
Was so excited to receive this as it came highly recommended but after the first use, the tail had a hole in it. Also we are having to constantly pull the waist up and it pulls down… Very cute concept though.
