Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. Our shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Time.  

Our shipping carriers are primarily FedEx, USPS, or Canada Post, but other carriers may be used depending on geographic region or necessity.

Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping to all 50 states in the United States. (Elite and Elite Custom Tails are not eligible for free shipping offers)

Express shipping methods are available for faster shipping, where available. If an order needs to arrive on a specific date, please email customercare@finfun.com or call +1 (844) 434-6386 to ensure that your shipment can get to your destination by a specific date.

Packages are guaranteed to arrive correctly and undamaged. Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will be replaced free of charge.

Custom tails that are made in the USA per order may take up to 13 business days to sew and package before shipping.
