The tail was sort of easy use. It was comfortable. It fit perfectly!
My daughter asked for a mermaid tail for 2 years and when she was big enough to swim with one I bought her this one and we couldn’t be any happier. The waist is a bit big but she is very tall and thin. Have to adjust it a few times within an hour but other than that the tail is high quality and stunningly beautiful. We would definitely recommend this !!!
Unfortunately, we're is experiencing significant difficulty fitting into the monofin. My daughter wears a US women's size 9 shoe, yet requires adult assistance to even get the monofin on. More concerning is that she is unable to perform the quick release method demonstrated in the safety video on your FunFin website, due to how tight the fit is.
It appears there may be a sizing or manufacturing issue. The foot pockets seem too small, more suitable for a child than a teenager or adult. For context, I wear a US men's size 10.5 and cannot get one foot into it at all.
This has been deeply disappointing for her - she saved all year and purchased this as a birthday gift to herself. More importantly, we're concerned from a safety standpoint, as she cannot independently put on or remove the monofin.
We understand a snug fit is necessary, but this level of difficulty seems beyond what's reasonable, especially when compared to a similar tail and monofin she used last year without issue.

My best friends daughter has a couple mermaid tails and my daughter begged for one for her birthday. This mermaid tail is great quality, I am super impressed.
