Got this tail thinking crocodile to go to Australia last year, but ended up wearing it more as a viking mermaid in Norway!
Had to leave it home this summer to give other tails a chance!
I love the big scales, and that it doesn't show dirt like lighter colored tails do.
I bought the first version of the Barracuda tail when it first came out (2016), and I am so happy I bought the new one!
The scale shape is so different now, more like a dragon scale really; and the fluke has nerviations, that none of the other Mermaidens tails have. Also, now it has a tiny bit of Velcro in the middle of the fluke (where you insert the monofin) that you can close shut, so the fabric won't open when you are swimming. Very nice upgrade, in my opinion.

This is the second tail I've bought for my daughter from Fin Fun. The first one lasted 4 years! She grew longer, but it still fit! Great tail for young girls to have fun.
Arrived fast but appears to be shipped from a different company then FinFun. Little concerned about that.
