I gave two stars because it was a huge hit but only good for one vacation. I ordered two tails and then another order for one fin for my daughter who is a strong swimmer since I didn’t realize they didn’t come with the fin at first. One of the tails didn’t have Velcro at the bottom but our vacation was coming up so I didn’t have time to exchange. My daughter who swam with the fin in the tail had the tail all pulled out with a hole by the end of vacation using it in the pool likely from it rubbing on the bottom of the pool. The girls loved them and it made the vacation special but I’m bummed it can’t be used again.

This is my second time buying from this company, first purchase lasted 9 years.
I was so excited to receive my amazing pink tail. But when I saw the tips of the tail and how wide it looked around the area I knew I had to return it. I’ve never seen such bad quality in a tail! Which in the photo you can see it looks Ok. But it doesn’t look anything like the reference picture. And I’ve bought multiple tales from FinFun which I love. So I’m not necessarily getting mad at the company. But this cannot happen again. I did buy it during the Labor Day sale, so maybe that was it because of the sale. I am willing to give FinFun one more chance. I’m really disappointed!! Thanks for calling me an emotional breakdown!!!!
